I've recently started taking a beginners meditation class on a Saturday afternoon at a Buddhist Temple. I'm not Buddhist, but the class is open to all walks of life.I find that meditating with other people helps me stay focused. But in terms of soft meditation, art and cooking are my favourite catalysts.

when ever i visit a TEMPLE, the bell sounds helps me in meditating may for just 5 minutes. That rings just allows me focus on blank.xoxo
