Goals for 2014

It's the beginning of February, a great time to set some goals for the coming months.

Dominik and I recently heard that telling someone about your goals and dreams, gives the same wonderful chemical reaction in your brain as accomplishing them, so that is why I am sharing them.

Here they are, things I want to keep in mind this year (in no particular order)
-be grateful
-take photos
-print more photos
-design and make clothes
-keep in touch with friends
-stay fit
-read
-love on my husband
-sit up straight
-cook a new recipe every month
-meditate/journal/take time to let my mind wander peacefully

Last year I was able to accomplish 5 out of 12 goals.  Let's see how many I can be consistent with this year.

The thing I have to remember about goal setting and accomplishing, is that it is about taking these goals, making monthly goals, then weekly, then daily and they will happen.  They won't happen all at once and all the time.
I finally printed out a bunch of pictures of me as a young'un.  This is one of my faves.
